As KED’s
premiere director, he has directed Big River,
Titanic, Blood Brothers, Nunsense I & Nunsense II, The
Elephant Man, On Golden Pond, The Secret Garden,
Man of LaMancha, Little Shop of Horrors, Into the
Woods, Lend Me a Tenor, Oliver, Evita, A
Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum,
Something’s Afoot, Once Upon a Mattress,
Tintypes, Dracula, and A...My Name is Still
Alice. . In Fiddler on the Roof, Scott performed
the role of Tevye, for which he won KED’s Best Actor award.
He is well known to Idaho audiences as a set and costume
designer for Stage Coach Theatre, Opera Idaho, Ballet Idaho,
The Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Boise Little Theater, Boise
Music Week as well as set designer for Red Skelton. In
addition to the role of Tevye, Scott’s acting credits include
Queen Aggravain in Once Upon a Mattress, The Padre in
Man of LaMancha, Pseudolus in Forum, Jamie
Lockhart in The Robber Bridegroom, Jesus in Godspell,
7 men - 2 women and a dog in Greater Tuna. What does
he do in his spare time? He is lifting weights every chance
available. He is single and always looking!
