The braggart Petruchio claims he can tame her and her tongue with a mixture of talk and defiance as potent as her own. Kate and Petruchio wage a battle of the sexes through witty wordplay and manipulative mind-games. Shakespeare’s wild romp is a hilarious mixture of characters, looking for love and along the way discover who they really are.
